Actional planning for
community development
Community in this
case represents the municipality of Tetova, (case study) a
city with around 100.000 citizens in Macedonia, consisted of
families, vicinity, wards, institutions, enterprises and
different sectors. All communities wherever they are
represent a complicated system. They are alive, they develop
and rises have success and defeats. The aim of the plane is
to promote a new approach of thinking that provokes
coalitions among different sectors, to initiate the new way
of resource planning for the new generations.
The issue of population increase is closely related with
another issue concerning with the fulfillment of the needs:
economical, educational, health and social needs. The manner
how the community plans and fulfils the needs creates a new
planning field of planning and determination of the
community priorities.
