He has presented several papers at different conferences, such as “the Treaty of Noordwij k aan Zee”, the ECCON, European Chaos & Complexity Organization Network etc. He is now working on Law of Time, Wilber, Spiral Dynamis, Integral Politics & Integral Governance of the Foundation Central Human Emergence.

preface Presentation Integral Governance

March 31, 2006 i was member of about 900 fellow humans encrowding a Ready to Ree? initative. This triggered my participation to the foundation center for Human Emergence. Lucky to live in Holland, a country that may be a pilot project in this planetary focussed initiative, it took me into the theme of integral governance. This theme is of another quadrant than the theme of integral politics. To set this in a context I use here the next 3 quadrants contextualizing one another: 

Playing 3 scenes:

1. functional quadrant, referencing a Don Edward Beck scheme on SpiralDynamics

2. integral quadrant, referencing the 4Q/8L schemes of Ken Wilber, Integral Institute

3. decisionmaking cores, here presented by the author, say CHE constellation “integral governance”, in a broader artificial, playful context.

When plaYING (coïncidentally binding YIN & YANG?) I invite my readers, potentional fellow teammates, on a ground where we all have never been before. This is the reason why I named myselve s’ace (1990, entering communal board & ground of politics) and also why I here name this article an arcticle. This is inspired by an article I read on the subject of Arcturus which seems to be the 4^th brightest star to be seen with the naked eye from our very planet. It even says a line as: “Arcturus refers to the word 'arc' - and many related esoteric terms, such as the Ark of the Covenant or Noah's Arc - all having to do with the flow of creation - Carl Jung's collective unconsciousness and archetypes - and energy. This takes us to Sacred Geometry. It is the way home through consciousness and mathematics. All the esoteric informa-tion about Arcturus is metaphoric in content. An arc by any other name -is still an arc- Ellie Crystal” .

I decided to weave this line in this arcticle, articulating a sphere that can fertilize our deeds, our thinking, our being here … together.

This article, form arcticle, is guided by 13 cells within an organic geometry. To identify those cells I name them by a word which names the challenged essence of its purpose, its property of being. It will be guided in each cell by 3 keywords that name a power, an actiontype and a contextual imago.

Essence – Fearlessness : Power - Intelligence, Action - Question, Imago - Worrier & Warrior will shortly be labelled as : Fearlessness: Intelligence; Question; Worrier & Warrior

Complex? Simplified by contextual infrastructure?

Well, I think it will fertilize our collective intellectual queest in the context soon enough – may I invite you, us all to hold on the inner pace(s) ? It will get new grounds in human service! I say. Me myself inspired by 13 Moon & Law of Time, say Tzolkin knowledge re/decovered.

The minister archetype is a kind of priest close to the spiritual master of each higher self. The force Organize describes the original and purest functionality that the organ embodies. A system is an idea configured in a technical tool which secures the outcome of the provisional input delivered if any needed, guided by stored intellectuals, say included grounds of what type chozen by the design and manufactor collaborative members, say imaginary creator.
As a gesture or jesture I would suggest to give the systemized tool granting integral governance in a world implementation no name, no geographical origin, no date but only destiny as a label to refer to it.

If to describe the integrity cell in this 13 facet diamond, think it must be the 13^th facet that binds all the other 12 to a solid geographical structure.

This facet initiates a dream to come true … say the dream is the human who presents the self as a votee, a representational choice for a voter, a regular citizen. This votee is a kind of human who accepts integral nakedness in the core of representative candidates directly available for civil service if opportune to the peoples administration.
The herewith defined role in the sphere of governance may suit the cosmic politician.
As a requirement for the cosmic democracy articulation tool, the role is at the end of the voting system underlying electional events the ultimate destination for each citizen to enrole as senior elder.

\ Manifestation: Perfect; Produce; Cast
(Luck)Now presents the Generation Binding Spiral as a simple peoples tool to maintain the mutual goals guiding the collaborate citizen radiance in the planetary core.
We consider then 3 objectives, inspiring 3 developmental thinking & mind evolutionary steps:
Orientation (I) & Preference (II), both related to the SDi Yellow vMeme of FlexFlow Learning and Synchronicity (III) related to the SDi Turquoise vMeme of WholeView Experience.
Orientation (I) initiates the idea to replace the one man one vote idea to the idea to share 20 points to at least 3 votees; a max. of 50% to ones personal favourite.
Reference (II) initiates the idea (born in winter 1990-1991) to let the moment to vote to the voter at all times … while s/he is in reference in the own timespace and orientation to self evolvement.
Synchronicity (III) reveals the idea of generations as holons[1] in a timesynchronized pattern: eg. starting at 15 years of age one gets 20 points to 3 votees; each 7 years changing to another level of the votersclass until, after 4 next steps (20/3: eg. 40/5, 60/7, 80/9, 100/11), about 50 years of age. The latter because of the fact that one will then start to evolve to the ideal situation, the votee status on the voter proposition: 0 points (one is fully participating citizen).

This all will evolve to a next model, with a cause !? Here presented in cosmetic SDi colours.

the colours not especially hierarchical meant for each actual situation, although supporting a quick spiral imagination … resonant in the evolving sphere. Which, if this all makes sense, indicates the ultimate goal in governance: the whole view awareness (sky-turquoise Sdi)

Having seen the first result of the cocreation, here manifestating, lots of ideas out of ideals will burst out the crew. They al deserve a parallel attention as the intiated one. Being a member of the collaboration may awake interests to other and inspire in all the doing and civilized acts. Temporarily refered to as cosmic civilised acts.

Although it might occur to the reader that this manifestation was of a single person, it actually never could be a single person while ideas burst out of mutual spheres. A gesture of gratitude towards all members of the noospherical electricity evolving well identified originals is in such a case ceremonialized by a bow … to the universalized workers in the context emerging concrete specie actions of whatever kind in mutual awareness.
