You are invited to register either as (1) an active participant or as (2) an observer. Only those applicants who register as active participants are supposed to send their proposal for making a presentation and/or conducting workshop. Observers are required to only register. 

The last date for sending your registration for consideration of the Global Symposium secretariat is
25 November, 2006.

Guidelines for sending Proposal for Active Participants

While registering as an active participant you must send us the attached registration form duly filled before 25 November, 2006 alongwith following three items:

1. Your Speech/ Presentation/ Proposal for a Workshop on the already mentioned themes in a word file. The Speech/ Presentation should not exceed 10 minutes. You can bring your presentation in a CD. All Conference Rooms are well equipped with computers, projectors and screens. The total duration of workshop is limited to 90 minutes and includes 15 minutes question - answer session. You may send your proposal for both presentation and workshops. However, we will decide the time allotment depinding upon the space available in the programme and will intimate you accordingly.  

2. Your brief resume (about 250 - 500 words, describing about your work and the organization that you represent)

3. Your digital or scanned photo in JPEG or TIFF format.

Your application for active participation will be considered as complete only when we receive it with the above three items. There is no registration or participation fee. Approved participants will be provided with complimentary stay and meals during all days of the conference.
