Biography |
A liberal and
secular person Mr. Shahid Ali Baloch is working as program
officer with Amnesty International Pakistan and Assistant
Editor, Al Newsletter “Livewire”. With no prejudices on
account of religion, race, sects, caste, creed, gender or
class Mr. Baloch eminently fits with the job he is doing. As
program officer he has to liaison with various organizations
working in Pakistan as well as Amnesty’s International
Secretariat in London. His job also involves organizing
seminars, workshops, roundtables, surveys, training programs
on human rights issues such as education, child labor,
bonded labor, gender, sensitization, minorities etc. He has
also to submit reports to Amnesty International Secretariat,
London, among other various jobs falling in his
jurisdiction. |
