PROGRAMME SCHEDULE
International Symposium on World Parliament and Global
Democracy at the 5th International Conference of Chief
Justices of the World
Organized by City Montessori School (CMS), Lucknow
(India)
Venue: World Unity Convention Center (WUCC), City
Montessori School,
CMS Degree College, LDA Colony, Kanpur Road, Lucknow,
India
Thursday, 9 December 2004
7.00 am - 5.00 pm Arrival of Participants, Reception and
Registration.
· Participants report to Control Room located at Venue
and confirm their arrival. Participants will be handed
over their badges, program, and conference literature
and escorted to their assigned rooms. Those who have
booked their own arrangements will be taken to the hotel
after reporting at the Control Room.
· World Unity and Peace Museum is set up at the Ataturk
Hall of the WUCC Auditorium. Those who have reserved
their space for exhibition at the World Unity and Peace
Museum can display their books, posters, photos and
other peace education material from peace-groups of
different countries, initiatives and organization.
· Participants can use Internet facility available at
the Guest House. This is complimentary.
6.25 pm Participants assemble at the WUCC Auditorium and
occupy seats
6.30 - 7.30 pm Get together
· Music Recital
· Get-together of all participants at the auditorium,
participants are acquainted with the facilities at the
venue through a presentation, participants are
introduced to the WUPED team members and with students
of CMS who will be present
· Individual Introduction
7.30 - 8.25 pm Dinner
8.30 - 10.00 pm Lucknow City by Night
A tour of the host city by bus. Participants staying at
Hotels will be dropped by this bus while on way back.

Participants divide into 10 separate groups as per the
number code given to them and introduce themselves,
their name, designation, organization, and country and
speak about their work. Each participant addresses the
major issues that concern her/him. Students join the
participants in each group. Tea/coffee ad snacks are
served during this introductory session.
1.00 pm Press Conference
Participants meet and interact with key media persons of
Lucknow and India.
2.00 pm Lunch
3.30 pm - 5.00 pm Preparatory Session
· Participants go to their respective Thematic Halls.
· Facilitators in each theme to coordinate the session.
· Reflection and Sharing
5.00 - 5.30 pm Getting ready for the Public Reception.
